Terms of service
TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stone of Will website, purchase of products, booking of astrology consultations, and use of any other services offered by Stone of Will (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our website, placing an order, booking a consultation, making a payment, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.
1. ABOUT STONE OF WILL
Stone of Will ("Stone of Will", "we", "us", or "our") provides astrology consultations and offers crystals, natural stones, jewellery and/or related products through our website and associated platforms.
Our products and services are intended to support personal exploration, spiritual practices and general wellbeing. Nothing offered by Stone of Will should be interpreted as a guaranteed method of achieving any particular personal, professional, financial, health, relationship or other outcome.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By purchasing a product or booking a consultation, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
If you are under 18 years of age, you should use our Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse, restrict or cancel access to our Services where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, abusive behaviour, violation of these Terms or other legitimate business or legal reasons.
3. ASTROLOGY CONSULTATIONS
3.1 Nature of Astrology Services
Astrology consultations offered by Stone of Will are based on astrological principles, interpretations, planetary placements, birth information and the professional interpretation of the astrologer.
Astrology is interpretive in nature. Different astrologers may interpret the same chart or planetary combinations differently.
Any observations, possibilities, predictions, timelines, remedies or guidance discussed during a consultation represent astrological interpretations and should not be understood as statements of guaranteed fact or certainty.
By booking a consultation with Stone Of Will, you acknowledge and agree that the consultation call may be recorded for quality assurance and service improvement purposes. The recordings will be used solely for these purposes and will not be publicly shared, published on any platform, or used for any other purpose.
3.2 No Guarantee of Results
Stone of Will does not guarantee the accuracy, occurrence, timing or outcome of any prediction, interpretation, recommendation or astrological guidance.
Life circumstances can be influenced by numerous factors, including personal decisions, actions, environment and circumstances outside anyone's control.
By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for your own choices, decisions and actions.
3.3 Not Professional Advice
Astrology consultations are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, tax or other regulated professional advice.
You should consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding matters requiring such advice.
You should not disregard, delay or discontinue professional treatment or advice because of information received during an astrology consultation.
3.4 Information Provided by You
The accuracy and relevance of an astrology consultation may depend on the information supplied by you, including your date, time and place of birth.
You are responsible for providing accurate information.
Stone of Will cannot be held responsible for interpretations affected by incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
If your birth time is uncertain, you should disclose this before or during the consultation.
3.5 Consultation Duration
Each consultation is provided for the duration stated at the time of booking.
Clients are encouraged to join or be available at the scheduled time.
If a client joins late, the consultation may still end at the originally scheduled time so that subsequent appointments are not affected.
Where Stone of Will or the astrologer is responsible for a material delay, reasonable efforts will be made to provide the booked consultation duration or arrange an appropriate alternative.
3.6 Booking and Confirmation
A consultation is considered confirmed only after the applicable payment has been successfully received and booking confirmation has been issued.
You are responsible for providing correct contact information when booking.
Stone of Will is not responsible for missed communications caused by incorrect contact information supplied by the client or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3.7 Rescheduling and Cancellation
Requests to reschedule or cancel a consultation must be made in accordance with the cancellation and rescheduling policy displayed at the time of booking or otherwise communicated to you.
Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without appropriate prior notice may be treated as a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund or complimentary rescheduling, subject always to applicable law.
3.8 Consultation Refunds
Once an astrology consultation has been completed, fees are non-refundable merely because a client disagrees with, is dissatisfied with, or does not experience an anticipated outcome from an astrological interpretation.
This does not limit any refund, remedy or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If Stone of Will cancels a consultation and cannot provide a reasonable alternative appointment acceptable to the client, the amount paid for the affected consultation will be refunded.
3.9 Recording and Confidentiality
Clients may not record, reproduce, distribute, publish and commercially use an astrology consultation without prior permission from Stone of Will.
Stone of Will will treat personal information shared for consultations in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may retain information reasonably necessary for booking administration, customer support, legal compliance and provision of the Services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. CRYSTALS, NATURAL STONES AND RELATED PRODUCTS
4.1 Natural Characteristics
Crystals and natural stones are naturally occurring materials. Variations in colour, shade, size, shape, texture, inclusions, patterns, clarity and other characteristics are normal.
These natural variations make individual pieces unique and generally should not, by themselves, be considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and the natural characteristics of the particular stone.
4.2 Crystal Properties and Spiritual Information
Descriptions of crystals, including references to energies, chakras, manifestation, protection, emotional wellbeing, spiritual properties, astrological associations or similar concepts, reflect traditional, spiritual or metaphysical beliefs and are provided for informational purposes.
Such descriptions are not medical or scientific claims and do not guarantee a particular outcome.
Crystals and related products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition and should not replace appropriate medical care or professional advice.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, availability and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Where permitted by applicable law, we may correct such errors and update information.
Products may be available in limited quantities and availability may change without notice.
Where an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and, where appropriate, provide an alternative option or refund the amount paid for the unavailable product.
6. PRICING AND PAYMENTS
Prices displayed on our website are stated in the currency indicated at checkout.
Any applicable taxes, shipping charges or other compulsory charges will be displayed or calculated as applicable during the purchasing process.
Payment must be successfully completed through one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Stone of Will does not guarantee the availability of any particular third-party payment method and is not responsible for interruptions or failures attributable solely to third-party payment providers, subject to applicable law.
If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the affected transaction and take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law.
7. ORDERS
Placing an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, payment failure, incorrect pricing or product information, inability to deliver to the provided location, or legal/regulatory requirements.
If we cancel a paid order before fulfilment, the amount paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded through the appropriate payment method, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery within India generally takes 5–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and the courier network serving that particular area.
The above timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, logistical disruptions, remote or difficult-to-service locations, incorrect or incomplete address details, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including the recipient's name, address, PIN code and contact number. Stone of Will shall not be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
In the event of an unexpected or significant delivery delay, customers may contact us at contactus@stoneofwill.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist in coordinating with the relevant courier partner.
For further information regarding shipping charges, delivery locations, returns or issues relating to damaged or lost shipments, please refer to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
9. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:

You acknowledge that decisions relating to your personal life, relationships, career, finances, health or other circumstances remain your responsibility.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, or to limit any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
16. FORCE MAJEURE
Stone of Will will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where such delay or failure results from circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, telecommunications failures, widespread internet outages, strikes, epidemics, pandemics or similar events.
Where such an event materially affects an order or consultation, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected customers and provide an appropriate resolution.

Where appropriate or legally required, material changes may also be communicated through other reasonable means.
The Terms applicable to a particular transaction will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.
20. NO WAIVER
If Stone of Will does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not necessarily constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
21. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any jurisdiction or remedy that cannot lawfully be restricted by contract, disputes relating to these Terms, the website, products or Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Greater Noida, UP, India.
Nothing in this section is intended to restrict a consumer's right to approach an appropriate consumer commission, court, authority or other forum where such right is provided by applicable law.
