5. Returns and Refunds

Products can be returned under specific conditions. Items made with natural stones or custom-made pieces are only returnable if damaged in transit, and a proper unboxing video must be provided. Other eligible items can be returned with a ₹110 return fee deducted. See our Return Policy for complete details.
