Refund policy

We strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns for Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, we offer free returns with no pickup charges. To initiate a return for a damaged item:

  • You must share an unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
  • The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits.
  • This video should be attached or sent to us at the time of raising the return request.

Without a valid unboxing video, return requests for damaged items may not be accepted.

Items Eligible Only for Damage-Based Returns

Products that include natural stones or are custom-made can only be returned if they are damaged in transit. For such items, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage.

Returns for All Other Items

All other items are returnable. However, a return fee of ₹110 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover reverse logistics.

Return Window

All return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. 

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and successfully inspected, the refund will be credited to your account within 6–7 working days.
